Incoming Material
Inspection
- Each batch of steel, electrical components, and ink system parts is checked with spectrometers and hardness testers.
- Dimensional tolerance is controlled within ±0.01 mm, ensuring perfect fit during assembly.
Prepress & Plate
Proofing
- Printing plates are verified for resolution up to 175 LPI and registration accuracy of ±20 μm.
- Test proofs confirm color consistency with a ΔE value below 2.0, meeting international packaging standards.
Production Monitoring & Assembly Checks
- During assembly, roller concentricity is measured to within ±10 μm, while drive shaft alignment is monitored with laser calibration tools.
- Over 200 checkpoints are documented per press before final testing.
Press Fingerprinting
& Test Runs
- Every flexo press undergoes a 72-hour continuous run test at up to 500 m/min (CI machines) or 300 m/min (stack machines).
- Parameters such as ink density, tension control, and registration are monitored in real time.
Final Product
Performance Testing
- Adhesion, rub resistance, and scratch durability are validated according to ISO 2836 and ASTM D5264.
- Emergency stop response is tested to be under 0.2 seconds for operator safety.
